OOF, the Guideposts this week hit me HARD! Cultivating creativity, play, rest, calm, and meaningful work are all things I deeply aspire to and desperately want. And yet, I’m incredibly challenged by the coupled call to let go of comparison, exhaustion as a status symbol, anxiety, and self-doubt.

Joy and gratitude are deeply connected. Can you recall a moment of joy from the past week? What role did gratitude play in that experience?

Many of us tie our self-worth to productivity. What does it look like to let go of productivity as self-worth? What would it look like to measure your worth in a different way?

The phrase “anxiety as a lifestyle” paints a vivid picture of our world today. How do you mitigate anxiety in your life? Where do you see yourself managing anxiety instead of taking steps to lessen it?
